The property is located in front of Gunung Rapat, where most of Ipoh's limestone caves/temples are, making it incredibly convenient. It is also close to commercial centres where you can find places to eat. As for the hotel itself, it has free parking both outside and within the premises. The rooms (and their toilets) are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a mix of continental/local, not much variety but sufficient to prepare you for a day's out. The room rates were an incredible value for money.

Friendly staff, have voucher for ala cart dinner(rm10), have free hi tea @4pm, and we are request for early check in @2pm(1 hours early)..and hotel is allowed without any extra charge. Worth it and we are satisfied with this hotel😊👍

Upon arrival hotel prepare ‘welcome drink’ which I really appreciate it as I’m travelling by motorcyle. It was such a relief plus it taste so good. Staff are very polite and helpful. I get voucher to have tea time around 4-6 pm. So before we went out we just have a cup of coffee and delicious sponge cake. We also get a RM15 voucher for dine in. Room that we booked is awesome, lot of space beside have two toilets, two televisions. This hotel location is very strategic, close to most of the attraction in Ipoh like Tasik Cermin, Concubine Lane, Gerbang Malam, Uptown, Pasar Karat etc. We had our breakfast and everything is so delicious. Lift service is excellent and fast.

Most places in Ipoh need access via Grab, so it took me about 10 mins from Railway station. There's not much around the hotel. I wouldn't recommend the cafe food for the price they charge you, it doesnt taste great. You can find way better for via Grab food delivery. The room size is pretty good, it just I found hallway carpet had strong musty smell each time when you walk in/out of Hotel.

The room is clean and comfortable, there are 2 bathrooms in a room. Super Big mirror. The breakfast is good, not many varieties of dishes. Just ok. The shower is good with excellent pressure. There are a central modern-style switch for all the lamps in the room. And modern-style aircond controller too. Overall is good and excellent.

I love this hotel because the hotel provides a Kiblat Sign for Muslim guests. It's clean, spacious, and has two toilets. It has one bathroom and a mini kitchen with a sink. It's very comfortable.

The bed was super comfy, i didnt wake up at all at night for 2 days in a row which is quite unusual. And the room temp. can be set up to the desired level easily. Staff was very friendly and helpful, trying to meet all request as much as they can. Location was ok, easy to go anywhere around. Parking is sufficient, if not enough can park at the lot adjacent to it.

I stayed for 2 night. I been allowed for early check in., Buffet breakfast was good. Although there is lack in variety, but the taste of the food was good. I enjoyed the the tarik. The hotel also provide complementary evening tea for 1 time. Room service was great as well.

The room was clean and cosy. The view was very nice. The complimentary breakfast did exceed my expectations for its variety of foods offered. It was really delicious.
